You are automatically signed up for a subscription when ordering. They do not make this obvious as I had NO idea until I was charged again the next month. It is also complicated to cancel with lots of clicking and googling to figure it out. I reached out to customer support immediately upon receiving the subscription charge and they will not refund. I feel like I have been scammed. Customer service gives the same AI copy/paste response to these complaints. Obviously there is an issue if so many people report the same subscription scam. It is NOT apparent AT ALL that you signing up for a subscription. I would not give this shady business any more of my money.
