My experience with Sastaticket.pk has been very frustrating.My flight booking was canceled due to the “global war situation,” even though the airline is still operating flights on the same route. The only solution offered was a refund.Because the cancellation happened close to the travel date, ticket prices have now increased significantly, which puts the customer at a clear financial loss.I expected a travel agency to assist with rebooking or alternative arrangements, but no such support was provided.If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will escalate the issue through regulatory authorities and formal legal channels.I will update this review once the matter is resolved.
