Good day teamTrust this message finds you well. I would like to inform you about my first and almost last experience with your company. I book my flight ticket with PNR (2GNNSV) with order id (4440400) with ticket no (6734003641148) showing aed/349 DXB to ISB. When reaching at check out it shows aed/17 for your services fee. After that when I put my card detail, it shows aed/7 for debit card fee. So the total amount included all services charges shows aed/373 of total.But hold on, when I click for checkout and apply OTP for authentication it deduct total of aed/386.38 from my account. WTH is this?????Give me refund of this extra amount. If not I will have all rights reserved to pursue against your company.Regards
