As time passed without updates, I sent several emails to the company. Their responses continued to assure me that delivery was on track. I was told it would arrive 'any day now.' Then, I received a message stating to disregard previous communications and that the product was not ready for shipment. Eventually, I got an email saying it was ready to ship and would arrive soon. After four requests, I finally received a tracking number, but the only update was that my order was 'processing' and a shipping label had been created days earlier. Concerned, I contacted the shipping company, which informed me that the service had not delivered my ring for shipment. What I encountered was a series of misleading communications intended to keep me hopeful about the delivery before I left the country. Each misleading message was conveyed in a friendly tone, but it only highlights that sincerity can be faked. Consequently, I am canceling my order and will not be purchasing from this service again.
