Still have not received my item. They send me emails saying it’s on the way with no tracking number. When I contact customer service they state it’s in quality check process. Just lots of false information. Still trying to find out status of my order.

Terrible company. Do not be mesmerized by their elegant appearing website, and if you are my recommendation is to read all the fine print regarding returns. I purchased a pair of earrings, diamond replica studs (just not wanting to drop a couple grand on a real pair). They arrived, nicely packaged, descent looking studs. The only problem was they were too big. I immediately tried to return them. They asked for pictures of the packaging and the earrings themselves. All of which was in pristine condition. They would not allow me to return or exchange them. Their reasoning was in the fine print of the return section you must ask for a return on literally the day you place your order. Do not believe their false advertisment of 30 day money back guarantee. You will waste money and time on this company. Look elsewhere! You know it’s a shady company when the only way to contact them is through email. No phone number listed on the website nor would they provide me with one so I could speak to someone. It became more about principle than the $250 I wasted.

This service is untrustworthy. Over three weeks ago, I placed an order for a ring, and now, no one seems to know its whereabouts. When I ordered, I confirmed that the item would arrive by a specific date four weeks later. The support team assured me that I would receive it on time. Based on this, I proceeded with my order. As time passed without updates, I sent several emails to the company. Their responses continued to assure me that delivery was on track. I was told it would arrive 'any day now.' Then, I received a message stating to disregard previous communications and that the product was not ready for shipment. Eventually, I got an email saying it was ready to ship and would arrive soon. After four requests, I finally received a tracking number, but the only update was that my order was 'processing' and a shipping label had been created days earlier. Concerned, I contacted the shipping company, which informed me that the service had not delivered my ring for shipment. What I encountered was a series of misleading communications intended to keep me hopeful about the delivery before I left the country. Each misleading message was conveyed in a friendly tone, but it only highlights that sincerity can be faked. Consequently, I am canceling my order and will not be purchasing from this service again.

The ring is lovely but could use a bit more sparkle

The ring I received was not as sparkly as I had hoped, but considering the price, I would recommend the service for those seeking a beautiful ring at an excellent value. One area that could be improved is providing delivery updates more promptly.

Be honest about your product sourcing

It's frustrating to see updates like 'the diamond is being set by a master jeweller' when it's already shipped from a supplier abroad. Just be upfront about it being sourced from there, which explains the pricing.

Excellent purchase experience

This was an excellent purchase. I received updates throughout the process, and it arrived on time in stunning packaging. It looks just like it was advertised. Excited to see her reaction at Christmas!

The earrings were marketed as sparkling, but they appear very dull and grey unless kept in the box. They look foggy! I'm really disappointed.
