I was promised that I would get my order in 10-12 days. It’s been almost a month now and there’s no sign of the order yet. I haven’t event got the tracking details yet.
On top of that they are sending me an email mocking that “By now, your Satéur piece should be part of your story”.
I would suggest them check the order details first before sending an email
