I have tried to purchase Dyson Airwrap Long while spending week in Germany. The payment proceeded without issues, I got an email that the item will be delivered within week, contrary to 1-2 days stated on the website. The product is listed as available with 1-2 days delivery every day for two weeks now, while the email I got states that shipment hasn’t arrived and delivery date cannot be provided. The whole site has no accurate info and lies to people so that they purchase stuff which is out of stock. Support is useless with repeating sentences from automated emails. Instead of providing the delivery date or status on website.
