Title: Order not delivered – no tracking update

I placed an order on November 27 (Order #7759).The product (Barrel Smoker™ – Premium) still shows “status unknown”, and I have not received any tracking information.The shipping protection is marked as delivered on December 26, but the actual product has not been delivered.I have contacted customer support and am currently waiting for clarification.I will update this review once the issue is resolved.
