The sauces are of excellent quality and reasonably priced for the festive hamper; I’m confident my partner will appreciate them when he opens it at Christmas! However, I didn’t give five stars due to the courier service. I left a note requesting that the package be placed in my shed in the back garden. Instead, the courier went to the side gate, noted that he “couldn’t open the gate,” and dropped the box over the six-foot gate at the side of my house. This resulted in two pots of sauce breaking, and I had to clean the other bottles and repackage them. I’m glad I checked the box, as it wasn’t immediately obvious that they had smashed, which could have led to a messy Christmas. This feedback is more for the courier than the company.
