The sauces are of excellent quality and reasonably priced for the festive hamper; I'm sure my partner will appreciate them when he unwraps it at Christmas! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is due to the courier service. I left a note on my door asking for the package to be placed in my shed in the back garden. Instead, the courier went to the side gate, noted that he “couldn’t open the gate,” and dropped the box of sauces over the six-foot gate at the side of my house. This resulted in two of the sauce pots breaking, and I had to clean the other bottles and repackage them. I'm glad I checked the box, as the damage wasn’t immediately obvious, which could have led to a messy Christmas. This feedback is directed at the courier, not the company.
I placed the order, and it arrived faster than expected. The packaging itself is very appealing. One of the sauces leaked, so I emailed them, and within a day, the representative had resolved it and shipped a new sauce that same day. Excellent customer service!

The packaging and presentation are lovely, especially since it's a Christmas gift. I had a minor issue with one of the sauce bottles, as the lid seal was dislodged during shipping. A quick email resulted in a prompt response from the vendor, and another bottle is on its way to me. Thanks, I’m incredibly impressed with the service!
