The packaging and presentation are lovely, especially since it's a Christmas gift. I had a minor issue with one of the sauce bottles, as the lid seal was dislodged during shipping. A quick email resulted in a prompt response from the vendor, and another bottle is on its way to me. Thanks, I’m incredibly impressed with the service!
