I’m not doubting that the sauces are tasty but the customer service is an absolute joke! They advertise that it will be shipped 48-72 hours. Quite frankly that’s dishonest! It took until the fourth day so 96 hours before I contacted them as no despatch email had been revived within a few hours of sending that email my items were dispatched! However it was too late for the purposes of buying the sauce pic n mix box so once order was rcvd a day too late I requested a return and full refund. The box remains unopened and initially there was daily communication but radio silence for around a week now! I’m not satisfied at all and will be letting people know not to order due to their lack of customer service!
