I've ordered from Sauce Shop twice previously, and quite frankly, the sauces are pretty decent, and I've not had an issue with them up until now.However, something seems to have changed with their distribution in the last few months. Boxes are now packaged incredibly poorly, so much so that some sauces are smashed in transit.But that's not all. On my last order, two items were missing, and two were damaged. I queried the issue and dispute, having to wait a while for a response, they arranged a replacement. The replacement arrived today, about a week after I received a response confirming the missing and broken items would be replaced. But the replacement order has one of the sauces missing and one not correctly sealed and essentially open... Also, those items they did send weren't even protected in the box; how they arrived without the glass breaking is a miracle.
