The steam sauna has proven to be reliable, consistent, and high-performing. I will definitely consider purchasing another if needed. I'm very satisfied with this product and my purchase. Having dealt with various customer service teams in the wellness sector, getting refunds can be tough. However, this service is reasonably priced in that context. I'm still waiting for an $800 refund from another company. I won't buy from them again, but this service has earned my loyalty.
