I tried to resolve this issue by reaching out to both the shipping company and the seller through every available method: email, phone, voicemail, and chatbot. The seller only provided automated replies promising a follow-up within 24–72 hours, but no one ever got back to me. There was no way to connect with a live representative. Since the product never arrived and the merchant was entirely unresponsive, I contacted my credit card company. After reviewing the situation, they issued an immediate credit instead of disputing the charge, which I understand usually happens when a merchant has a record of unresolved delivery or service problems. This experience was very troubling for such a significant purchase. Final note: Based on my experience, I would highly advise exercising extreme caution before buying from this seller—especially for large, costly items.
