I had to reach out myself to inquire about the situation. While waiting, I noticed many products on the site appeared to be copies from other brands. In particular, the Modern Glass-Enclosed Sauna series looks almost identical to those sold by another platform. The design, layout, and overall appearance are remarkably similar, which raised concerns for me. Consequently, I requested a refund. Since then, responses have been very slow, and now there’s virtually no communication. As of now, I still haven't received my refund. With no shipment, questionable product originality, and poor communication, this entire experience feels extremely risky. I wouldn’t advise ordering from this seller unless you're ready for delays and potential frustrations.
