Received sauna on February 4 more than 10 weeks
Ordered full red cedar they combine with hemlock almost 50% to 50% of red cedar and hemlock. They glued pieces of red cedar wood with hemlock wood together and very pour quality.
I will never recommend to my friends to have businesses with them.

With no shipment, products that resemble others, and poor communication, this whole experience feels extremely risky. I wouldn't advise anyone to order unless they're ready for delays and possible frustrations.

The sauna heats up evenly, the controls are straightforward to use, and the build quality feels premium. It has become a part of our evening routine, and even our kids enjoy short sessions in it. I highly recommend this seller!
