So my first experience with SAUR was a bill for 5,417 Euros for water usage for the year of 2024.They did not 1) recognize that I had paid 75 Euros a month the entire time, 2) a 60 Euro credit that they took and did not record.I have tried to contact them 6 times by phone - no answer, then 8 emails- no response.And all they do is to give me to a duning agency.This is a nightmare.Do we have a choice?The choice was to contact my local mayor in the village and SAUR responded within 6 hours.All is resolved now.
