What an experience from start to finish.I contacted this company as I needed to ask some difficult questions about my dogs diet and my little sausage now won’t eat the food I had him on. Surprisingly I was able to speak to someone on the phone. The lady I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable about the subject I raised and was extremely helpful.I was told to buy a sample pack from them rather then a big bag of food, to make sure my dog liked the food, this was refreshing as with other companies you normally have to punt on a big bag of food in the hope your dog will eat it. I ordered on the 1st of February and it arrived the next day, again, something I am not used too.The company contacted me a couple of days later to check up on how my dog was doing on the food, this was not something I have ever experienced. My dog absolutely lapped up the food, so we bought a big bag of food which again arrived the very next day.I can not recommend this company highly enough.
