I made a purchase over a month ago and to this day I have neither received my order nor a refund.
Despite several attempts to contact the company, I have received no response and no solution.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to receive goods within a reasonable time or to receive a full refund if the seller fails to deliver. This company has failed to meet those basic legal obligations.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company until they comply with UK consumer law and improve their customer service.
