I'm about to report this service! I placed an order for delivery to my home address. I received a notification stating that the carrier couldn't deliver the package as they failed to reach me by phone, despite me working from home and no one ringing my bell (note that a phone number isn't mandatory when ordering). There's no contact number for the carrier in my country, and I only received an email with an unfamiliar number from abroad. After sending emails and messages on social media, no one has helped me contact the carrier to find an alternative delivery method. At this point, I’m questioning if this service even exists! Exercise caution when placing an order.
