I ordered a product on February 16. The promise was delivered in 3 to 5 days now it’s coming on March 14. I’ve spoken to customer service several times and they have told me that they’re having fulfillment issues yet their website still says that they can deliver this product anywhere in 5 to 7 days. Do not buy anything from this company. It is a scam.
I noticed the positive ratings and thought it was worth a try given the low price. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too good to be true. If you want to avoid the issues I faced, I strongly advise against making a purchase. It's a scam.
I'm about to report this service! I placed an order for delivery to my home address. I received a notification stating that the carrier couldn't deliver the package because they couldn't reach me by phone, even though I was working from home and no one rang my bell (it's worth noting that a phone number isn't required when placing an order). There's no contact number available for the carrier in my country, and all I received was an email with a strange number from abroad. Despite reaching out through emails and social media, no one has assisted me in contacting the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery method. At this point, I'm questioning whether this service even exists! Be cautious when placing an order.

I had issue with receiving wrong items. But, Khreen is very good at providing customer service, very polite and fast response. Besides that, their products are very good quality, fast shipping. So far I’m happy for what I pay. It’s worth the money. Thank you SAVA team, you’re the best.
10/10 customer service, my parcel was taking a while to arrive and i was getting a little nervous as i’ve never used SAVA before, i should have been more patient as it’s christmas and i ordered during black friday weekend🤦♀️ but anyway, i sent the team an email on saturday night and by sunday morning i had a lovely reply and it put me right at ease, Khreen had gone out his way, checked on my order and given me an update even on a sunday, these guys are great and i’m not worried at all anymore! soo excited to get my package, my partner is going to love it,if your thinking of ordering from here but are unsure, do it! the customer support team are amazing so if any problems were to arise, they’d sort it imediatley. i’m so so impressed.
