I had a very small issue with one of the bracelets I received, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive. Within 48 hours, the problem was resolved and a new bracelet was sent out. Communication was smooth, friendly, and efficient.As for the products, the bracelets are high-quality, well-made, and look great.
