I was explicitly promised a vehicle no older than 2022, and I paid a significantly higher price for that guarantee.What arrived was clearly an older Innova, with poor suspension, resulting in an uncomfortable ride throughout the trip. The service did not match what was sold, and the premium price was therefore unjustified.I have had far better experiences with other providers. This booking felt like paying extra for a promise that was simply not honoured.
