I placed an order in June 2025 and was pleased with the items. However, I was completely unaware that £49.95 would be deducted from my account every month thereafter. This feels like a scam. The numerous negative reviews suggest this is a deliberate tactic. Very disappointing. The standard responses are completely inadequate. They fail to make this clear initially, and canceling is a nightmare!
