I was frustrated because I knew they don't offer refunds, leaving me forced to use the membership credit. I spent three hours trying to cancel via live chat; each time I connected with an agent, the chat would terminate due to a bot. This happened three times, with increasing wait times. I then tried calling, and after another 30 minutes, I finally spoke to someone, but they kept offering me deals to stay, which was very irritating. I just wanted to cancel! After persistent insistence, I managed to cancel. As a 'VIP' member, I was extremely frustrated throughout the process and won't be returning to this place.
