Absolutely terrible experience. First, after I placed my order and was charged, I noticed that the charge was set as a "recurring". I promptly cancelled that from my online banking app and contacted them using the online chat to complain about. The representative I talked to had no clue what she was doing, trying to claim I opted in for their membership (which requires a recurring payment), which I didn't and then completely disregarding my complaint that what should've been a one time charge was set as recurring. Not even an apology, simply pretending it didn't happen. Is this how you do business? Stealthily set up recurring payments and hope people don't notice when you steal their money?Then to make matter worse, when order arrived it arrived one size smaller than what I ordered. Avoid at all costs.
