You’d think the behaviour of this brand was illegal - they advertise one-off offers yet prolong the relationship with the customer without their informed consent. Upon initial purchase, your credit card information is withheld by the brand and they sign you up to a “VIP Membership” without your informed consent. You are then charged £50 monthly - with only a 5 day window to prevent this (this is not communicated properly to the customer). This is genuinely shocking behaviour and incredibly poor client treatment - please do not support the ethics of this brand.
