This service is incredibly frustrating when it comes to deliveries. First of all, we have to wait nearly a month for our items to arrive. When they finally do, the support team doesn't bother to notify us at all. I had placed an order, but I was completely unaware that it had arrived at my home. Since I was at work, they simply canceled my order, claiming I had "rejected" it. This is unacceptable. Now, if I want those items again, I have to endure another month of waiting. Please, when we place an order, at least give us a call to let us know. By the way, this has happened twice.
