ALERT! Be sure before you order that you want the product. I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes after ordering and it would not let me. I called 929-605-5884
Several times and it just has a recording to leave a message. I have probably left 10-12 messages and no reply yet. All I can say at this point is be positive before you order because you cannot cancel or contact them. That is all fake.
Pathetic app. It is not able to deliver any item. Also there is no update if products will be delivered. After ordering delivery date shared is 15 days late. Don’t use it better report the app so that it could be blocked.
Disappointing experience.
I received hair accessories that were missing tags. Even after notifying the support team several times, my return requests were mishandled and denied by the pickup agent because of the missing tags. There was no direct customer assistance to clarify the situation. After a week, the return period ended and I lost my money. I will not order from this seller again.
This service is incredibly frustrating when it comes to deliveries. First of all, we have to wait nearly a month for our items to arrive. When they finally do, the support team doesn't bother to notify us at all. I had placed an order, but I was completely unaware that it had arrived at my home. Since I was at work, they simply canceled my order, claiming I had "rejected" it. This is unacceptable. Now, if I want those items again, I have to endure another month of waiting. Please, when we place an order, at least give us a call to let us know. By the way, this has happened twice.
The customer service experience was highly frustrating due to the logistics partner. It was incredibly challenging to get in touch with the support team, facing a 60-minute wait. The company should reconsider its logistics partner before it negatively impacts its reputation.
The customer support is extremely poor. I placed an order and prepaid, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. I've been trying to reach out to customer service, but there's been no response. I couldn't even find a contact number to file a complaint.
