I ordered a rosary for a close friend in India who is facing significant challenges. She is very faithful, and it was meant to support her prayers. I paid £30 for express delivery, which was more than the product itself. The courier service was inadequate and kept asking me to upload documents. Despite my efforts to report the issue to both the seller and the courier, I only managed to send the recipient's ID directly, which they finally accepted. Ironically, they continued to demand extra fees upon delivery. My order is still stuck in their warehouse in India, and I keep receiving invoices for additional payments. I am extremely dissatisfied with this unacceptable service.
