I ordered a rosary for a very close friend in India who has been facing significant challenges. She is deeply spiritual, and it was meant to support her in prayer. I opted for express delivery, paying £30, which exceeded the cost of the product. Unfortunately, the courier service was inadequate and instead of delivering on time, they kept sending me links to upload documents. I made multiple attempts to report that the link was malfunctioning to both the seller and the courier. Eventually, I managed to send the recipient's ID card directly, and they agreed to proceed with the delivery. Ironically, they continued to demand additional payments upon delivery. Currently, my order remains stuck in their warehouse in India, and they keep sending me invoices for further charges. I am extremely dissatisfied with this unacceptable service.

I ordered several items but mistakenly forgot to request them to be Blessed. I reached out to the seller, and a representative guided me through the return process (at my expense) to have them Blessed and sent back. The whole process, which involved multiple steps, was handled seamlessly, and the support I received was outstanding, clear, and responsive. It made everything much easier. I wish we had more representatives like this one in my country.
