I purchased a crucifix with a chain that has a manufacturing defect that damages my clothing. The seller asked for a picture, which I provided, but they claimed it was a design issue and suggested I wear it carefully. I find this unacceptable! I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller and will report this issue.
