I went into the Bognor branch needed a few items. I waited in line and was called forward to a till by a young Lady called Natalie.
Greeted with a smile which doesn't happen very often these days was very nice to see. Natalie then asked me if I required a bag which I took at the end she offered a choice if special offer fragrencies which I declined this time.
