I recently visited the Bournemouth store and I have to say that everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
I was looking for a few items and Geo helped me find everything I was looking for. What a lovely and helpful lad.
It's also so cheap, I found products that I buy in Boots for half the price.
Today I had trouble locating a few products as the store was very busy and and I suffer with anxiety a staff member from Evesham store named kate could see I was in distress and helped me gather my items and served me on a separate till to avoid my anxiety attack coming in infront of everyone I dont usually write these ratings but after the extra effort and caring nature of the staff I thought kate deserved a shout out will be shopping here again

I went into the Bognor branch needed a few items. I waited in line and was called forward to a till by a young Lady called Natalie.
Greeted with a smile which doesn't happen very often these days was very nice to see. Natalie then asked me if I required a bag which I took at the end she offered a choice if special offer fragrencies which I declined this time.
Very kind staff especially in Acomb; always frequent this lovely store, I have trouble with my mental health and coming into here and chatting to the staff always helps me
I visited the Ledbury store and was greeted by friendly staff member carol. The stores great variety and organisation made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!
Went too the Kidderminster store
Today very clean and tidy store. Staff are very friendly and accommodating Emily was extremely helpful as I couldn’t find what I was looking for she is a credit too your team Definitely returning too this store.
It's been over a year since I last ordered here at Savers. But I ordered recently and really surprised and thankful for the fast service they provided with much appreciation. Thank you.
However, I quite saddened with the fact that open opening my items the bottles were leaking, antiseptic Medical item. I really respected that the way they 📦 packaged the items. But they really should have checked before putting them inside first. Also I found 2 to 3 missing items which I need to contact customer service now!

I shop at Savers in Epsom on a regular basis at least once or twice a week.
The staff are so helpful and friendly they always have time for their customers.
Sam is the Manager who is exceptional at her job. I could ask her about any of her stock items and she'll always have the answer. To me this is so important as she has the best customer care which you don't find in many stores.
Having her back in the Epsom branch is a big bonus for Savers she's the best!
Very happy went to savers this morning in Stanmore, Prateen the Manager very Helpful and Friendly,and the lady who served me,very helpful and friendly not sure her name,very Polite always Smiling and Happy,just say Thank you for a lovely Experience in visiting Saver this morning.

Wonderful staff at the Rubery Branch especially Ann who wished every customer a happy Valentine’s Day and made each one of us feel extra special. Ann really did go out of her way to puta smile on my face. Such a lovely person and great shopping experience
