Aside from one helpful representative, the service has been disappointing. There's minimal cleaning and heating in communal spaces, yet service charges are nearly £400 a month. When we raised concerns, we were directed to another housing provider. The management seems ineffective, providing little assistance. There's an additional fee for using shared facilities, which feels excessive. I improved the front area of my property, but faced issues with tenancy and unsightly plants were placed outside my window. It feels like we're trapped in our own homes, and the landlord seems to agree with the management's decisions without question. If I could rent entirely, I would, as I am responsible for any repairs despite only owning a fraction. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. Additionally, my access fob malfunctioned, and since the management is unavailable on weekends, I was unable to enter my home. It has been quite frustrating.
