Update: I was able to find and download the app and connect the socks to my phone without the instructions. The weird single glove I received had 2 batteries in the battery pocket, so I’m assuming that this is the way my 2 spare batteries were shipped (really odd to do it this way though!). So at this point I have what I need. Still bad customer service IMHO. I ordered heated socks, with Bluetooth connectivity, and a spare pair of batteries. I got the socks, with no instructions for connection. And instead of spare batteries I received a single glove with a battery. I have emailed twice with no response, “live chat” on the website seems to not be operating. Very disappointing as I really like the heated gloves hubby bought me last year. Wishing I’d ordered from Amazon instead of directly as I feel like I would get some response.
