I purchased this product through the manufacturer, not via Amazon. The product includes two (2) batteries and I purchased two (2) additional at the same time.Zero of the batteries lit up for WiFi and detection by the app. I've now had TWENTY (20) email-pong volleys with their inept support. And the issue remains unresolved. Inane single questions that should have been asked and resolved up front. Claim to be unable to find my order despite a screen cap of the confirmation email to me.In two manual test runs the socks themselves worked as advertised...but who knows if they'll hold up. If the quality fails like their non-existent support I won't be surprised. If you expect WiFi and/or competent support, I suggest you do not buy these.
Gloves didn't meet expectations. When wearing them on their own I couldn't feel any heat at all in the cold conditions. It was only when I put them inside a snowboarding mitten that the heat became apparent. They were advertised as thin, but with the grips and wiretap they appeared suitable for solo use. There was no mention that they didn't function well on their own. Company only offered a small discount if I spent more money with them to buy more from them. When I asked for a refund the communication went silent.
Ordered gloves, first they said my address was wrong. Then they said they were out of stock and did I want alternative. I asked for refund. No reply. Then I tried asking for 5he alternate. No reply. Twice. Then I tried their customer service form. Still no reply. All I want now is a refund so I can go buy from a reputable dealer. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.
Purchased a pair of socks on 11.12.2024.I measured my foot (28cm) and according to their chart my size is extra large. I placed an order. Few days later I went to check their gloves and found a different size chart that said EU foot size 45 is actually large. I sent them an email asking if they can change the size before shipping.On 14.12.2024 they replied saying socks already shipped but promised that I can change them to different size later.On 27.12.2024 socks arrived and as expected size was too big. I double checked chart on their website and it still said 28cm is extra large.On 30.12.2024 I asked how to proceed with returns and informed them that their size chart is misleading.On 11.01.2025 I got a reply saying they could send me a new pair of socks without batteries and other peripherals - but I'd have to pay $30 for shipping. Original shipping cost was $9. I asked if I could just cancel the deal and return oversized socks. I was told I'd still have to cover the return fee myself since product wasn't defect and it doesn't fall under any warranty. Shipping fee to China as private person would be over 30 eur.On 21.01.2025 they send me a link to pay extra shipping. I paid it.On 13.02.2025 (3 weeks later) I got an email saying unfortunately size large was sold out. They asked if they could send a different model instead. I said yes as long as the batteries I already had would fit them and socks would be black in colour. On 18.02.2025 they send me an image of product they wanted to send asking if it was ok. It was cheaper model and in white. I said it would be if they had it in black.On 19.02.2025 new pair of socks were shipped.On 26.02.2025 (77 days since original purchase) I received socks in size large. They were white. At this point I won't even bother contacting customer support. From quick view and testing product quality seems ok but wiring to batteries seems way too exposed. Not expecting heating system to last more than one season.This is one of the worst customer support experiences I've had./edit: On 6.3.2025 they offered to send me extra pair of socks for another $30 shipping fee to compensate for difficulties with ordering process. With this extra $30 I would have paid a grand total of $145,95 (85.95 original order + 30 shipping for correct size + 30 extra pair).Socks are $76.99 per pair + $8.99 shipping, so their compensation is that I buy another pair of socks for $17,02 discount.
My husband just got me these gloves for Christmas...best gift ever! I have really bad arthritis in my hands, and these gloves make a huge difference!! I will tell you....one of the most important things is the fit. Make sure you get the right size. I had to return my medium for a small.... And, the small to an extra small. The customer service was great, and they shipped the replacements out quickly. I typed this review wearing the gloves. I can't tell you what a life changer these gloves have been!!!
I ordered and received a pair of heated gloves. They are uncomfortable due to the battery rubbing on my wrist.I requested an RMA twice in order to return them 7 days ago.There was a reply after 2 days asking for a description of the problem. No further communication from the company.
I ordered a pair of heated ski gloves and a heated neck massager. Both items were discounted so the price was great. After one month of use I am happy with both items. I cannot comment how long they will last but the gloves themselves are good quality and study. They are good fit and warm even without heating. With heating they really help my cycling in the cold. The only reason it’s 4 star and not 5 is that the items weren’t shipped from UK but directly from China.
