I purchased a grey tracksuit from Savoy West and had a very negative experience. Their return policy is practically non-existent: if you want to return an item, you must pay all shipping costs yourself, which are extremely high for international shipping.On top of that, all sales are essentially final, and customer service offers no real support. Responses seem automated, with no human attention to resolve issues.I would not recommend buying unless you are absolutely sure about the size and product, as the risk of being stuck with the item is high.
