Avoid, especially if UK.
My fault we ordered a dupe and didn't check where the company was based. Tried to cancel the dupe immediately, simply told i couldn't. didn't initially get a response, when I did it didn't answer the question. Took a few weeks to arrive. Just don't.

The WORST company I have ever dealt…

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. First of all, they sent me a different item to the one I ordered, with different designs and missing back tabs. The jeans themselves felt plasticky and fake, with tiny pockets and a HORRIBLE fit. Next, the jeans took 21 days to arrive which is frankly unacceptable. Next, they are known drop shippers, confirming they only care about profit and not about their products being ethically made or customer satisfaction. Next, once you receive your poor quality, chinese and cheaply made “goods”, you decide you want to return them. You send them an email saying about returning your item, as instructed, and they respond immediately, saying respond AGAIN to the email they have sent to start the return process. You do this and they do not email you back, leaving you stuck with the product, as you can only return within the first 14 days. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with, led by no good scammers, looking for your hard earned cash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Horrendous customer service

Horrendous customer service. I've been trying to return a small hoodie that actually fits like an extra large and do not get any responses to numerous emails.I would avoid this company like the plague!!!! Worst customer service I have ever received!! Run!!!!!

Avoid this company!

Ordered a T-shirt for my son for Christmas on 09 Dec. Confirmation email received saying it had been dispatched 11 Dec but nothing since, can’t track it as they never sent me a tracking code. Contacted them on Facebook, instagram and by email and been ignored. Avoid!!!

Customer service being one of the worst ones ever!!! Requested a return for a pair of pants by mail. Never got an answer. Gotta report them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Look elsewhere

Ordered some black jeans, sizing was way off. It was too tight despite being the same size as all my other jeans. Obviously dropshipped literally just cut off the tag on the inside. 15 day return policy from purchase but they take weeks to arrive. High return cost.

Terrible customer service and communication. How do you tell someone you have 14 days to return but take 14 days to respond to the request. Unbelievable, don't waste your money here
