I’ve run into the same issues that others have experienced. The Sawbehind website says that their product is made in the US. And is guaranteed. They haven’t lived up to these promises. They insist that my only return options are to accept $5 and an empty apology or ship the boots guaranteed back to China. The second option would cost me $350. These people have stolen $45 from me. So my only real option is to write as many bad reviews as possible in order to warn other people.

This company makes returning or exchanging items very difficult with a limited 30-day return window. They only allow exchanges, with no refunds. The email listed for return inquiries is invalid. After finding an alternative contact, I was told I’d have to pay for return shipping all the way back to China. It might just be easier to keep the order and give it to someone who can use it. Their claims of American values seem misleading. Be sure to read all the fine print carefully; this company is very close to a scam.

This company is highly deceptive.

This company makes returns or exchanges nearly impossible by imposing a strict 30-day return window and only allowing exchanges, not refunds. The email provided for returns is invalid. After finding another email to contact them, I was informed that I'd need to pay for return shipping back to China. It might be easier to just keep the order and give it to someone it fits. Their claims about American values are questionable. Read the fine print carefully; this company is as close to a scam as possible.

Warning: Terrible customer service.

I purchased a pair of outdoor shoes from this company, wore them a handful of times, and the lace frayed and broke. I can't find a replacement lace due to the small diameter of the eyelet. After trying to reach them through calls, messages, and emails, all I received were automated responses with no real solutions.

If I could rate zero, I would.

If I could rate zero, that’s what this company deserves! My husband wore a pair of their boots once, and the stitching came apart. When we contacted them, they said it was past the 30-day return window. We expressed our dissatisfaction, but they only offered a 10% discount on a future purchase. After one use, and for a $50 pair of shoes, that’s unacceptable. We regret not researching this company beforehand and advise others to avoid it.

Should have heeded the warnings.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I bought two pairs, and they were a total waste of money. I would have been better off shopping elsewhere.

Misleading product information.

The advertisement contained false and misleading information. It claimed to have orthopedic arch support, but there was none. After wearing them for just an hour, my feet were rolling inward. I purchased through an online platform and initiated a return. Thankfully, they have a good return policy, unlike this company that seems to sell cheap products.

If there was a zero option, I'd choose it.

If there was a zero rating available, I would select it. I received size 13 boots that were at least two sizes too small. I offered to give them to someone who wears size 12, but when I contacted customer support for a return, they suggested donating them instead. Their offers of small rebates were unacceptable. After multiple requests for a return, I received no response. This is the worst e-commerce experience I've had—avoid this company at all costs.

Not as advertised.

The shoes are not made in the USA as claimed. They are poorly constructed and took a long time to arrive. When they finally did, both pairs were too small, and the company was uncooperative with returns. There were too many lies involved. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Avoid this product!

Do NOT purchase this product! I bought them, and they didn't fit—they were too narrow. I've never needed to buy wide shoes before. The quality was also lacking. After several email exchanges with customer service, they continually offered discounts instead of processing a return refund. It’s been four emails with no resolution. Like others, I found out the product is not made in the USA but in China, and I suspect I'm communicating with someone overseas. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives.
