Difficult return process.

My husband ordered these shoes, which were supposed to provide good support. However, they didn’t work out for him. I found the contact email for returns, but it keeps bouncing back. Is there any other way to return these shoes? A different email or phone number would be helpful if you’re not satisfied.

The worst return policy ever.

This company's return policy is the worst I've encountered. The shoes were too small, and they wouldn’t provide a return shipping address. Their satisfaction guarantee is a complete joke. I recommend not purchasing from them.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! I ordered shoes on August 19th, and they arrived from overseas on August 30th. I ordered size 12.5 wide, but neither pair fits. I compared them with my current size 12 shoes and took pictures for reference. I want to return them for a full refund, but after three attempts to get a response, I was told to donate them. This company is not based in the USA as claimed.

I thought the shoes were made in the…

I thought the shoes were made in the USA only to learn they were being shipped from China. I ordered a sneaker and a boot both size US 10. The sneaker size is US 9.5 and the boot doesn't have a size and my toes are smashed. The customer service is jerking me around and is unwilling to offer me a sensible solution to resolve there error. There offer is I return the product at my cost or keep the product and give it to a friend or family member. I have been offered a $3 and $5 refund as well. I believe this company to be a SCAM. Don't be fooled by there false advertising!

I purchased a pair of boots

I purchased a pair of boots. With all the advertising regarding orthopedic support etc I was convinced they would be good for me. To be honest the boots initially did meet my expectations for comfort. But the sole split after only 3 weeks wear. Sawbehind and Yookanstore both are now claiming they have no record of my purchase and have offered no refund or replacement.

Shoes are advertised as being made in America, USA. But shoes/products were shipped from China, false advertisement. Bad shoes ever. Do not think about buy, return or refund from China.

I ordered a pair of Sawbehind boots…

I ordered a pair of Sawbehind boots thinking I was ordering shoes made in U.S.A. That is what website states yet my order originated from a warehouse in Mainland China, shipped from there To U.S. customs in U.S. cleared customs then still took almost 2 weeks to receive. The shoes are a joke. I will be contesting this entire transaction charged to my credit card, To even return I must pay shipping, hope they choose to credit my card back, deal with a entirely different email address to return them. They have no 800 customer service number. The email I must deal with is in the U.K. That is fishy also. Do not buy anything from Sawbehind boots.

Horrible product return policy is a joke.

Shoes are advertised as being made in America. The hiking boots I bought were shipped from China. They are advertised as having arch support, they are completely flat, They are advertised as having roomy toe box, toe box is narrow and cramped. When I complained they offered me a $3 refund.
