Very important! If you’re not lucky enough to get a car without issues, don’t expect much support. They are ignoring the emails, avoid calls, and always ‘away from their desks.’ Their customer service is truly disappointing, and it feels like customer satisfaction is no longer a priority for them. I would strongly suggest thinking carefully before buying a car from them, or you might find yourself frustrated and struggling to get the assistance you deserve—or even having to escalate matters with your bank to fight for your rights.
