Terrible customer service here one of the worst I have ever experienced.Sales people only want to sell the cars in the showroom rather then cars that are on the website. Little knowledge on the cars.Receptions girls extremely rude and if you don’t fit the profile of being able to afford a car here they’ll simply tell you the sales team are to busy. However someone shortly after me was greeted in a much nicer manner and seen straight away.Cars mileage was advertised incorrectly on the advert and the paperwork given to us on collection mileage was double.Also we had to fight to get car mats which were advertised and seen in the car prior to collection. On the collection day there had disappeared and again unwilling to give them. On collection of the car there was obvious damages which weren’t seen before as it was dark and late. When we pointed them out they said they could do some repair work but not a lot and they were very unwilling to do so. This was extremely disappointing.Still currently awaiting a refund from a previous car which they have failed to return within the correct time frame given.Also we received emails that were rude about us that were accidentally sent to us instead of a co worker at the garage.I would honestly avoid this garage at all cost if possible.
