Whilst the sales service is good, should you have a problem with you vehicle their warranties are highly questionable. They are RAC branded, but not actually RAC Insurance backed policies. The warranty is full of ‘small print’ making it worthless in many situations, the clauses used are heavily criticised by the insurance ombudsman - but because it’s not a proper insurance backed cover they get away with it. So you get a poor quality warranty without the protection offered by the financial regulator. I could not recommend buying a second hand car from Saxon.
