Seems a big company but frankly am just totally underwhelmed by the customer focus or responsiveness. I saw a car today, rang them at 10am (Hanna) to find out its service history and how many owners etc..with a view to possibly visiting tomorrow..No response despite promise of email..contact them at 2pm, explain again, promised response, (told Matt working on it.) Nothing, at 4.20 I contact again,(cannot recall name but on their direct chatline) and am again promised a response. I beg for by 6pm. Again NOTHING... How hard can it be to get basic info about a vehicle. It's £35/-!!! Not peanuts..) I have no idea who owns or manages this firm but they should get a grip..
