I ordered 2 tracksuits from here one came fine the other missing bottoms they then sent me out a pair of bottoms that was a totally different colour and material to the top, I asked to return and refund this I've had to pay for my own return even though it states they send free postage and then to be told would take 10 working days for a refund I wait the 10 days to email again to be told another 10 days so I've now waited nearly a month for a refund. I would never use this company again now.I've just read your reply and I purchased two full tracksuits just to clarify and only received one full tracksuit and one tracksuits top I then had to email and wait for the bottoms to be sent out which were then wrong. I've then had to pay to send them back please explain how that is my fault? I stand by review and would tell everyone to stay well away from this company
