The delivery was very disappointing, and the quality of the hat was equally poor. I had placed another order due to the bad delivery experience, spending £8.99, but the quality was still lacking. The logo was embroidered rather than being a cheap plastic transfer.

Disappointing experience

Disappointing. No tracking, constantly following up for updates, same generic responses, and have to chase for replies that they will 'get back to you'. Requested a refund, but have been ignored. Will escalate. Very unsatisfactory and should be avoided.
