Not a good company to deal with. Make if very difficult to return goods. When you do return the item they cannot get the refund right. Try charging you for postage that you the customer have purchased from Royal Mail, so you get a lesser refund. They say use their returns portal but difficult to use. On plus side at least the customer service do reply.
