Clunky, extremely poor support, severely limited function to edit invites, bait & switch - advertised as free but had to pay which i found out only AFTER i had uploaded the ENTIRE guest list & emails.
I sent in a list of questions for support yesterday for our wedding website approximately 24 hours ago; unfortunately I have found the website to be very clunky:
- it doesn’t show examples or notes as to what will be included per invite on send out- for example; if I include one email for a family does the email invite include all members if I only populate the email for the first attendee? Does it send once or multiple times if I include an email in each box for each attendee within a family.
- if there’s a couple, does the invite include the second attendee in the couple if I only populate the email for the first attendee? Does it send once or multiple times if I include an email in each box for each attendee within a family.
The invitations; one of the key parts of our wedding website and a really frustrating experience.
There’s limited options to edit invites; font, font colour, formatting, layout. Once you decide to try out another invite, the prior one is binned.
There was one option to print out an invite; however there was no print button. Are you able to log in to our profile & provide steps. There doesn’t appear to be an option to download & the arrange printing separately which would be amazing for grandparents to be able to post too.
We also paid for premium support. It’s now 24 hours and I’m chasing.
I also searched for a free website, entered all the information, our ENTIRE guest list & emails, before the pop up saying we needed to pay - so to be honest, this felt like a real bait & switch.
We’ve paid for the platinum option but given the issues would like to downgrade to the middle option. Please refund to our card directly and address issues above asap.
Our wedding is a precious, milestone experience but to be honest the amount of vendors that do not treat it as such, provide a poor/frustrating service and take full advantage is extremely disappointing.
